All sales on Artec Fabrication and Performance are final. Custom manufactured or fabricated parts to the customers submitted specifications are not returnable or exchangeable. Please verify all information for your order before finalizing and submitting.
Products from Artec Fabrication and Performance are shipped according to the information given by the customer at time of purchase. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error in the customer’s incorrect information, Artec Fabrication and Performance will ship the package again with corrected information at the customer’s expense. Artec Fabrication and Performance cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company’s error or weather conditions.
We cannot offer warranty on products that are not installed at Artec Fabrication and Performance. Limited warranty is available through the Manufacturer for products not designed or fabricated by Artec Fabrication and Performance. Artec Fabrication and Performance is not responsible for any damages during installation not performed by Artec or during shipping.
Standard processing time is 2-5 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day. All orders are shipped from San Carlos, CA.
If you need to cancel your order, you must email Artec Fabrication and Performance immediately with your order number and contact information. You may only cancel if we have not started processing your order. Once processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled. If an order has been created for a custom fabricated product and you decide to cancel the order, a $100 setup fee will be deducted from your refund.
